Testing Capabilities

It’s recognized throughout our company that our customers’ success is dependent upon receiving quality products supplied by New England WireTechnologies.  Quality products are ensured by our comprehensive range of testing capabilities from the most basic, such as dimensional measurements by micrometer, to the most complex, such as custom flex testing equipment designed and built by our in-house machine shop per our customer’s specifications.  There are several small Quality Control laboratories located strategically throughout the manufacturing facility for industry standard in-process inspection/testing along with a state-of-the-art 6,500 square foot Quality Control Laboratory with extensive test capabilities. 

New England Wire design personnel use our extensive testing capabilities to ensure that our products meet or exceed the unique requirements for our customers’ applications, from eye diagram requirements for special signal applications to cold bend flexibility requirements measured by utilizing our liquid nitrogen chamber. We will gladly work with you to establish methods for testing and reporting of results according to your specific requirements.  We can assist you with your validation programs and first article testing. 

We carry a variety of agency approvals from certifying bodies such as UL, CSA, and VDE.  We use raw materials that meet Regulatory Requirements such as RoHS, REACH, or other substances of interest.
