Insulated Conductor
DESCRIPTION: Conductors are ultra flexible bare copper strands insulated with 5 mil wall of FEP. Extra flexible
braided shields can be applied over the cabled conductors prior to jacketing with Polyurethane in either a high-gloss
or satin finish. Most of the items below are also available with tinned copper stranded conductors and tinned
copper braided shields.
USE: Used primarly in medical instruments and other specialized applications where ultra flexibility must be com-
bined with the abrasion resistant properties of the Polyurethane jacket. Please contact our design team to confirm
voltage and temperature ratings to match your specific application.
